But basically month's supply of inventory is one of the way we measure the health of the market. If it's a buyer's or seller's market, of course, but more specifically giving these in a minor, uh, CMA are what I will do after this.

But when I look at the macro, I still can see that there's robust buyer demand and we're in a constrained market.  So, that's not just because of a lack of inventory, but because that's withheld, we're seeing that essentially the lack of inventory is what's supporting price appreciation.
