Yes - It's Spring in Marin and homes are going under contract as fast as they're coming on this month, so if you're not seeing a lot of new inventory, you are not alone.

Inventory (aka Supply) has nearly doubled over the last 15-weeks this year, and we are seeing price appreciation continue as the scarcity of supply pushes home buyers to compete in multiple offer situations.

The market activity has picked up and we are buckling up for a busy Spring + Summer. If you have been waiting and watching, get to your plans now, the market is rising and IF or WHEN interest rates change look out!
